瑞德感知防減災整合系統，係結合「動態導引」與「地震預警」兩大功能，運用物聯網(IoT)感測技術與AI大數據分析及預測能力，以雲端管理平台方式進行防災設備遠端監控及管理，建立化被動為主動的防災預警機制（包括設備自檢功能、異常回報功能）以及各項智慧連動的減災應變措施（包括語音提示、多元推播、動態導引、消防連線），使建築物在災前具備及早偵知能力，阻斷災害形成或持續擴大。系統內容與功能如下：

■ 物聯網 (IoT)感測系統：環控資料數位化/全天候感測-收集-回傳
■ AI大數據處理系統：數據演算分析/風險等級判斷/應變決策
■ 防災預警：設備自檢/異常通報/設備履歷
■ 減災應變：多元推播/動態導引/消防連線

HEX Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Integration System combines the two functions of "dynamic evacuation" and "earthquake early warning", both uses the Internet of Things (IoT) sensing technology and AI big data analysis and prediction capabilities, implementing cloud management platform to monitor and manage disaster prevention equipment, establish a passive disaster prevention and early warning mechanism (including self-maintenance function, abnormal reporting function) and various intelligent linkage disaster mitigation measures (including voice prompts, multiple push broadcasts, dynamic evacuation, and automatically notifying fire department), so that the building has the ability to detect disaster in advance, and prevent further expansion of the disaster.
